Where are your prints made?
All Pescado prints are produced in Cape Town, South Africa in collaboration with ORMS Print Room & Framing.

Are the prints original artwork?
Yes. Each piece is based on an original PESCADO illustration, created through a refined process combining scientific accuracy and artistic interpretation.
The prints are high-quality reproductions of these original works.

How long does my order take?
Each print is made to order. Orders are typically processed within a few working days before being dispatched.

Delivery time depends on your location and the courier service, but most orders arrive within 10 working days after order is placed.

Do you offer framing?
You can order the Fine Art prints in a variety of frames by choosing them from the online store..

Can I return my order?
As each print is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently focus on orders within South Africa. If you are based overseas, please contact us and we will gladly assist.
