Returns Policy – Pescado

Each Pescado print is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Include your order number
  • Provide clear photos of the issue

Eligibility
Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Refunds
If a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, but we will assist in resolving delivery problems where possible.
