Terms & Conditions – Pescado

By accessing this website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

Products
Pescado produces fine art prints based on original artwork. Each item is printed on demand. Slight variations in colour may occur due to screen and print differences.

Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice.

Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Payments
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (e.g. PayFast). We do not store your payment details.

Production & Fulfilment
All prints are produced in Cape Town by Orms Print Room & Framing.

Shipping
Shipping is handled by third-party couriers. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds
As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
We will replace items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect (see Returns Policy).

Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, and content are the property of Pescado and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability
Pescado is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
